*In-Store Pick-Up: We will still be offering in-store pick up on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturday from 12-4pm. (updated as of 6/11/20)
- Please use code 'PICKUP' when you checkout.
- We will email you once your order has been fulfilled and will be able to pick up on days/hours mentioned above.
- All sales are final. No exchanges.
*Unless items arrive incorrectly or defective/damaged we do not accept any returns.
- Orders will typically be processed and shipped via USPS within 1-3 days from the order placed date.
- The customer is responsible for paying for shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All orders with "No Tracking Number" option: Paper Please does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
*If a return is approved, cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund amount.
